Spelling is designed to support nonspeaking, minimally speaking, and unreliably speaking individuals with motor challenges, such as whole body apraxia.

While approximately 70% of spellers are diagnosed with level 3 autism, Spelling can also support individuals with a variety of other diagnoses.

Who can benefit from Spelling to Communicate?

What is S2C?

Spelling to Communicate (S2C) was developed by the International Association of Spelling as Communication (I-ASC).

S2C uses an evidence-based practice to coach the body to connect to the mind. We do not teach your loved one phonics, but rather how to regulate and practice the movements to purposefully move to their intended thought.
